Minutes of Commission meeting held on October 30, 2006.

Present: Patricia Caron, Sarto Caron. Absent: Brian Johnson
Minutes of 9-25-2006 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
October 5th
Brian and Sarto met with Jake and Travis Vilandre at the Cemetery to select a plot for their father who was a non-resident. They selected plot 172 in Section IX (9). Bound corner markers were ordered on 10-11-2006 with a request to hold until spring.
October 6th
We received from Country Memorial Bound Corner markers for Bachand, Section XI Plot 99-102; and for Peret, Section IX Plot 103-106. However, one (1) P marker was missing (lost). Country Memorial was notified and will replace at their cost.
October 11th
Submitted vendor voucher paying Country Memorial for $230.00.
October 19th
Received from Belanger-Bullard a check for $680.00 paying for George Vilandre’s funeral on October 10, 2006:
Plot $150.00 non-resident,
Four (4) corner markers $155.00,
Perpetual Care $25.00 and $350.00 for a summer grave opening.
October 20th
Received a check for $60.00 paying Alice Mae Bagley’s burial on October 14, 2006. She died July 13, 2005 and was buried in Section IV (4) Lot 98, plot 3.
October 30th
Cemetery plot book updated.
No citizens came.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned 7:45 p.m.
